Job Overview
Dynamisers Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The Business Developer will be responsible for generating new business, attending meetings both virtually and in person, and communicating with the team in India and the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT and excellent written and oral communication skills. They should be able to effectively sell our services, and be skilled in networking and creating quotes and proposals.
Learning Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing leads.
- Attend virtual and in-person meetings with potential clients to present our services and close deals.
- Maintain regular communication with the team in India and the United Kingdom to ensure a seamless and efficient process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise proposals and quotes to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Background in IT with experience in sales and/or business development.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work round the clock and be prompt in responding to clients.
- Enthusiastic and results-driven with a desire to succeed.
