The successful candidate will assist with various HR-related tasks, including recruiting and hiring, social media and job portal management, and office administrative duties. The HR Intern will play a crucial role in building relationships with potential candidates and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Learning Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Manage and update the company's presence on various social media and job portals
3. Maintain accurate records and track the status of candidates in the hiring process
4. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports
5. Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates and other stakeholders
6. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner

Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
5. Passion for human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field
6. Internship duration: 3 Months - 6 Months
